ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパン株式会社のリターンシップは、様々な事情により一度正社員としてのキャリアを中断・離職された方のキャリア再開・職場復帰を支援するプログラムです。有給インターンシップにて実施し、技術的・専門的なスキルの向上や強化の機会を提供し、メンタリングなどのプログラムを通じてプロフェッショナルとしてのキャリアをサポートします。

プログラム概要：

  • 1年間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会

応募資格：

  • 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
  • 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
  • キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方

職務内容:

-担当作品の価値を最大化し、ターゲット達成に向けて宣伝活動のサポート業務

  • 市場トレンドや顧客についての理解を持つ
  • 担当作品についての宣伝プランを構築
  • 会議やプロジェクト等日々の宣伝活動において意思決定をする
  • 効果的かつ効率的なメディアバイイング
     

-社内及び社外パートナー（広告代理店、ローカルオフィス、メディアなど）との交渉

  • 社内外の各ファンクションに明確な指示を出し、説得し、アイデアを引出し、宣伝展開をリード
  • 日本で最適なアイデアが実施できるよう本社との交渉/承認
  • 社内資料・レポート作成（日本語、英語）

本ポジションへの必須条件:

  • マーケティング業務の経験3年以上
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
  • 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方
  • 迅速に学ぶことができる方
  • 協調性のある方
  • Microsoft Officeの基本・応用操作
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750点以上）
