It's not a bad interface, when it actually loads. I have had an issue with the app for years where it won't connect, just shows the loading screen for as long as I keep my phone screen on. I've tried reinstalling etc but can't get it to work. Seems to occasionally resolve itself but it's killing my stats, and there is no obvious way to contact customer support through the web page unless you have an account on Twitter/X, which I don't.

ESPN and their developers have ruined a good thing. Like going to Home Depot and trying to navigate the aisles, they've added more junk to slow it down. We didn't need player profile pictures or larger fonts we just needed it to be clean and simple. After 15 years of playing Baseball, Football and Hockey I'm just about done putting up with the slower more confusing product they keep putting out. It's a game about numbers not flash and presentation. I'm looking forward to more free time..

It constantly freezes and has to be restarted all the time. I don't like how a lot of players don't have news to read anymore. Half the videos of the players are not helpful and you have to read them. Still shots out to music, it's stupid. Seems like it just keeps getting worse and no effort is being put into it. It needs a lot of work. Also, if a player is hurt and OUT, leave it that way until he's officially playing. You just mess up everyone's waivers by changing it to Questionable , c'mon.
