Driver ejected in solo vehicle crash on 5 Freeway in Anaheim

ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) -- A person was killed after their car flipped over multiple times on the 5 Freeway in Anaheim.

The deadly single-vehicle crash happened just after 10 p.m. Sunday on northbound freeway lanes near Euclid Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Police say the driver was ejected from the car during impact. The incident shut down traffic on both sides of the freeway for some time.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
