Ronnie Caraballo is a proud New Yorker with an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the healthcare and education sectors. Born at Harlem Hospital, Ronnie spent the early years of life in the Dominican Republic under the care of hardworking and loving grandparents. Despite modest means, they provided Ronnie with everything needed for a fruitful childhood. Returning to the U.S., Ronnie grew up in the Kingsbridge/Riverdale section of the Bronx, attending local public schools such as PS 207, PS 7, and the historic DeWitt Clinton High School.

Ronnie’s current position as the Assistant Director of Engineering at North Central Bronx Hospital symbolizes a full-circle moment, allowing him to give back to the Bronx community that supported him during his formative years. In this role, Ronnie leads a dedicated team of professionals committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for those seeking medical care at NCB.

With a Master’s in Public Administration under the belt, Ronnie is furthering education by pursuing a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on leadership at Capella University. This advanced study aims to equip Ronnie with the skills necessary to mentor future leaders dedicated to serving underserved communities. Ronnie is both honored and grateful to serve as a board member for an organization making a significant impact on Dominican families, showcasing a lifelong commitment to community service and leadership.
