About this game

A top-down arena shooter roguelite where you play a potato wielding up to 6 weapons at a time to fight off hordes of aliens. Choose from a variety of traits and items to create unique builds and survive until help arrives.

The sole survivor: Brotato, the only potato capable of handling 6 weapons at the same time. Waiting to be rescued by his mates, Brotato must survive in this hostile environment.

· Auto-firing weapons by default with a manual aiming option
Fast runs (under 30 minutes)
· Dozens of characters available to customize your runs (one-handed, crazy, lucky, mage and many more)
· Hundreds of items and weapons to choose from (flamethrowers, SMGs, rocket launchers or sticks and stones)
· Survive waves lasting 20 to 90 seconds each and kill off as many aliens as you can during that time
· Collect materials to gain experience and get items from the shop between waves of enemies

i love this game. Brotato. I have it for PC and figured I would give it a spin, this version is actual slop. during multiple runs, in EVERY. SINGLE. SHOP. I was only given the option of 2 weapons and either defective steroids, charcoal, little muscley dude, or black belt. THATS IT. This was on the free version and the only way to get defensive stats, and not shell out money or watch insanely long ads, was level ups. I literally didn't have the health or economy to survive past level 10. Trash.

The game itself is good. The gameplay is engaging and the game loop isn't actively frustrating. There are two major problems that hold it back though, first of all the amount of ads that are needed for more items, more in-game cash, revives, etc. which wouldn't be that bad, most free mobile games have loads of ads so it's fair enough. The problems start to arise though when you're in the actual ads, sometimes the ads just straight up break and you are forced to close the game, this stops rewards

Pay to win PvE. The gameplay is pretty fun and I love the variety of characters and skills. It's challenging, but possible to win the first few levels without buying anything or watching ads for upgrades. I hit a paywall once I got to "Danger Level 5". I could watch dozens of ads to get past it, but I'd rather delete the game.
