NYC Broadway Week tickets are made available in limited quantities, and the discount is applicable only for select seats at each production’s discretion. Not all seats for the performance are eligible for the 2-for-1 offer (only those noted as such). If you have a problem with a ticket purchase through a third-party site, you must contact the ticketing agency directly (and not New York City Tourism + Conventions) to address the issue. Please ensure that the proper code is applied. The discount will apply and show in your shopping cart prior to purchase. No refunds. All sales are final.   

There is a two-ticket minimum per purchase for the NYC Broadway Week discount. Rather than one free ticket for every full-price ticket, all tickets will be issued at 50% off their original price (plus applicable taxes and fees). Your shopping cart will show the exact number of tickets you selected and that you will receive. 

Certain seats may be considered upgraded seats because of their location in the theater or higher selling price (outside of this promotion) as compared to other seats (“Upgraded Ticket(s)”). The cost of the Upgraded Tickets will start at $125 (estimated between $125 and $142 depending on the specific show). Upgraded Tickets will be clearly marked as an Upgraded Ticket on NYC Tourism’s website, the ticketing purchase page (e.g., Telecharge, Ticketmaster) and/or the theater’s website seating map. Please note, the cost for the Upgraded Tickets is determined by the individual show. Please refer to the specific show’s websites for the cost of their Upgrade Ticket.
