PHILADELPHIA -- A Philadelphia rapper is celebrating what he calls "bald culture."
Robert Capron is hosting a free music festival called Bald Fest this weekend at the Grays Ferry Skatepark.
Capron's journey to baldness culminated earlier in the year, when he decided to just say "enough!" and shave off his receding hairline.
He then immediately started making new friends.
Soon, he decided to combine this newfound family with his hip-hop persona, known as Abstract Louv, and launch a one-day musical celebration.
Special bald festivities include providing bald caps to the first 100 people who show up with hair, a barber on standby to shave people's heads and a sunscreen station for extra coverage.
