Shopping scale feels very unfair,if you can’t find an item, your score drops. The app also isn’t smart about preventing abuse. Customers have found a loophole to order huge amounts of heavy items, like multiple cases of water, without paying extra fees. I once saw a Costco order for 28 cases of water, 40 miles to a rural area, for just $17 total (including a $2 tip). The algorithm will sometimes combine two orders with cases of Costco water. The app doesn't value shoppers. Tips can be $1

In the last few months, the app has been glitching. It keeps sending me notifications for deliveries that have been gone for hours. when I click the notifications, it says the batch is already gone. yeah, it's been gone for hours. Someone shopped it and delivered it already, and somehow, it's still sending notifications for the order that's been done already! I'll open the app, and it will have orders on the screen that it never notified me of. black screen during shopping and items not scanning

picking up batches and receiving them is simple. the app is straightforward to use. sometimes lags or loads weird but I think that's more a signal service issue and not the app's coding. customer service has always been friendly when reaching out with any issues. only complaint is some of the payouts don't always feel fair for the amount of time it takes to shop or distance traveled for deliveries.
