Potential Scam – Lifetime Support Subscription

    Received a call from a company called Crafty Webz in which informed of a WordPress policy change that requires customers to move to a lifetime subscription model for support and services. They are requesting a one time payment for this but could not provide and policy documentation change from WordPress. Is this legit?
