BRONX (WABC) -- A man has been reunited with his dog after it was stolen while the owner slept on the subway in the Bronx over the weekend.
A 2-year-old American Bully dog named Roc was stolen on Sunday around 6 a.m., police said.
An anonymous man dropped the dog off at the 44th Precinct in the Bronx on Thursday.
Police contacted the owner, Charles, who was thilled to have his best friend back home.
The NYPD are still looking for the man who stole Roc on August 10h, police said.
Police say the suspect is approximately 20-25 years of age, slender build, medium length black braids, brown eyes and a black goatee. He was last seen wearing a black faded jacket, black t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes and a black baseball hat.
