'Futurama' cast teases season 13 at Comic-Con: 'more 'Futurama', same cast'

The cast thanks fans, jokes about cancellations, and previews Hulu's full-season drop coming this September.

The "Futurama" cast reunited at San Diego Comic-Con, joking about the show's cancellations and thanking fans for their loyalty. Season 13 drops all at once on Hulu September 15.

SAN DIEGO -- The "Futurama" cast and writers were all smiles at San Diego Comic-Con, poking fun at the show's history of cancellations and celebrating its return for another season.

"This is our third resurrection," voice actor Maurice LaMarche said. "We're glad to be back-hopefully we stick around a little bit longer."

Phil LaMarr, who voices Hermes, teased what's next: "More Futurama, same cast."

Beyond the jokes, the cast expressed genuine gratitude for the fans who've helped keep the show alive. "It's so great to give back to the fans because they're the reason we keep coming back," said Lauren Tom. "So it's nice to have some face-to-face time to say thank you."

Even after multiple cancellations, "Futurama" still has some of the most loyal fans in the galaxy "It's a great binge-watcher," said Trista Flores, a superfan from San Diego. "You'll stay laughing from start to end. You just can't go wrong with this show."

With the original voice cast back-including Billy West, Katey Sagal, John DiMaggio and more-"Futurama "is ready once again to defy the odds.

The animated sci-fi comedy is set to return to Hulu this fall for Season 13. Unlike previous seasons, all 10 episodes will drop at once, premiering September 15 at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET.
