Hulu's K-drama "Tempest" is a high-stakes spy thriller full of secrets, conspiracies, and international intrigue. It premieres September 10 with three episodes on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

LOS ANGELES -- Hulu released the official trailer for its upcoming Korean original series, "Tempest," a spy thriller featuring political intrigue and international star power.

The newly released trailer teases a globe-spanning conspiracy that begins with an assassination attempt on a South Korean presidential candidate. What follows is a high-octane story of secrets, betrayals, and shifting loyalties that threaten to destabilize the Korean peninsula.

Former diplomat Seo Munju (Gianna Jun) finds herself at the center of the chaos as she uncovers accusations, state secrets, and hidden betrayals. Protecting her is Paik Sanho (Gang Dongwon), a mercenary with a shadowy past and uncertain loyalties.

Alongside Jun and Gang, the cast features John Cho, Lee Misook, Park Haejoon, Christopher Gorham, Michael Gaston, and Spencer Garrett.

With political stakes, globe-spanning espionage, and a high-profile ensemble, "Tempest" is set to be one of this year's biggest Korean originals.

The series premieres September 10 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, launching with three episodes before moving to a weekly rollout every Wednesday.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Hulu and this ABC station.
