NEW YORK (WABC) -- Were you impacted by the recent flash flooding or severe weather? Eyewitness News wants to hear from you.

Just last week dozens of vehicles had to be abandoned in Westchester after flash flooding on county parkways and several drivers had to make split-second decisions.

Maybe you weren't directly caught in the flooding but as a result of the weather, your property taxes have increased.
