I upgraded my watch. Now every time I I look at it is using the wayward app. This is a waste. I want my watch face. I do not want to burn up my battery. I have never ever used the wayward app

Any change you have Auto-Select Focused App enabled in the settings for Accessibility?

Also double press the Digital Crown to close the app in question by swiping it to the left in the recently used apps list.
Apple Watch iOS 11.16.1 keeps launching wayward app. how can I stop this?
