HomePod mini in "No Response" status despite manual resets

I have multiple home pods in my house. I was out of town and when I returned all 8 Homepod Minis entered a "No Response" status in the Home app and when you manually try to use it the touchpad is also nonresponsive. I plug a few into my computer and manually resorted them which was "Successful", but they still do not work. My full size home pods are working fine.
