To add pharmacy access and verify your identity online, follow these steps.

Walmart app:

1. Download the Walmart app on an Android or iOS mobile device.
2. Enter your Walmart.com email.
3. Select Continue.
4. Select Services.
5. Select Pharmacy.
6. Select Get started.
7. Complete the required fields to confirm your identity (legal name, phone, date of birth, etc.).
8. Select Continue.
9. Create a 4-digit PIN to complete verification.
10. Once we verify your account, select Services > My prescriptions to access and order refills.
    • If you see the error message, We couldn’t verify your identity, follow the error help guide for help.

Pharmacy website:

(For full pharmacy services, use the Walmart app.)

1. Open the Walmart Pharmacy sign-in page on a computer or mobile browser.
2. Select Sign In.
   • Or if you are new to Walmart, select Create a new account.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Select Continue.
5. Select Add Pharmacy Access.
6. Complete the required fields to confirm your identity (legal name, date of birth, etc.).
7. Create a 4-digit PIN to complete verification.
8. Once we verify your account, choose how to manage your prescriptions:
   • Select Refill Prescriptions to manage existing refills.
   • Select Pharmacy History for a list of prescriptions from the past two years.
   • Select Transfer Prescriptions to transfer a new prescription to Walmart Pharmacy.
